My design concept focused on healthy, simple, and locally sourced food, incorporating natural materials like wood and canvas, blackboards for menus, aromatic plants on the walls, and an open kitchen to create a welcoming and transparent atmosphere. Due to lack of European funds, unfortunately, this restaurant in Milan was never opened.
